Create performances that have meaning and purpose for you with kindness, acceptance and flexibility.

I know what it is like.

I know what it feels like to be sitting on stage and experience debilitating panic and hear the effect it has on my playing. I know that heartbreak.

I know the disappointment of preparing for months for an audition, only to completely disintegrate the moment when it really counts. I know that disappointment, and the consequences that it has had for my career and my wellbeing.

All of my performing life I have been fascinated with the gap between my practice room ability and my performing ability.

This curiosity has drawn me to develop a coaching framework based in psychological science, that can change your relationship with difficult mental, emotional and physiological experiences to not only improve the quality of musical performance but also your overall wellbeing.
